SAVAGE PEACH REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Savage Peach, every single item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we ask that you read our policy carefully before placing your order. We want every Peach Club member to feel confident and taken care of. 🍑


MADE TO ORDER

All Savage Peach products are printed on demand specifically for you at the time of your order. This means we do not hold inventory and every piece is uniquely yours. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We strongly encourage all customers to:

  • Review our Size Guide carefully before ordering
  • Double check your shipping address before placing your order
  • Reach out to us at savagepeachcustomercare@gmail.com BEFORE ordering if you have any sizing questions — we're happy to help!

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect in any way we will make it right — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a replacement please:

  • Email us at savagepeachcustomercare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Include clear photos showing the damage or issue

Once we review your claim we will send a free replacement as quickly as possible. We do not require you to return the damaged item.


LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking information shows your package has not moved for more than 10 business days please contact us at savagepeachcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Savage Peach is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.


WRONG ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering contact us at savagepeachcustomercare@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.

Once an order has entered production or shipped we are unable to redirect it to a new address. Savage Peach is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.


CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellation.

To request a cancellation email us immediately at savagepeachcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.


REFUNDS

We do not offer cash or card refunds except in cases where:

  • A replacement cannot be fulfilled
  • The item is confirmed lost in transit and cannot be located

In these cases a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
