How to Measure Yourself
Use a soft measuring tape. For chest, wrap it around the fullest part of your chest and divide by 2 to compare against garment measurements below. For length, measure from the top of your shoulder straight down. All measurements are garment measurements in inches.
When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.
